Retention of Data
Financial data
Financial data will be retained for 6 years.
Membership data
Mailchimp is used for membership contact electronically.
Data on paper will be disposed of confidentially and securely after 18 months.
Electronic data will be held for 2 years after membership ceases.
This is to aid membership renewals and potential membership disputes.
The Arts Society headquarter’s membership records will be regarded as data backup.
Lecturer contact data
Data on paper will be disposed of confidentially and securely after 18 months.
Electronic data will be held for 2 years.
The Arts Society headquarter’s lecturer data can be regarded as back up.
